Which payment methods are available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only payment method. Pay the product total when your order arrives. There are no additional shipping, COD, or tax charges at checkout. Online payments are coming soon.
What materials do you use in your toys?
We exclusively use sustainably sourced, FSC-certified wood, organic cotton, and food-grade silicone. All our paints and finishes are 100% non-toxic, water-based, and free from VOCs, lead, and heavy metals.
Are your toys safe for teething babies?
Yes! All toys designed for ages 0-2 are rigorously tested to ensure they are safe for mouthing. They are large enough to prevent choking hazards and made from materials that are completely safe if ingested in small amounts (like water-based paints).
How do the Play Kits subscriptions work?
When you subscribe to a Play Kit, you'll receive a curated box of toys every 2-3 months tailored exactly to your child's developmental stage. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return, and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently accept delivery addresses in India. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to your PIN code.
How should I clean wooden toys?
Wooden toys should never be submerged in water. Simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed, then dry immediately. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
